Its been a week since our last check-in and we are deep into our book review of ” Always Eat After 7 pm. Check out why I began this journey (here)To give you a quick review.

We are in our last trimester of this pregnancy. This is when the weight gain begins. This is where our new baby girl gets her kissable cheeks and her edible thigh rolls.

We all know there are soooo many diets and books out there to choose from. Choosing one is hard, it all depends on what you want to eliminate right? There is also a plethora of information out there on what to eat when you’re pregnant.

Always, Eat After 7 pm gives me both healthy options and recipes that I can implement when I want to eat the worse food.

No. Not with Always Eat After 7 pm. ” Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet, Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight.  Joel Marion’s life-changing book is now available to purchase.”

Over the last week, I learned a lot about the author and eating habits. I was thinking that you guys might like to see some of the that was impactful to me.

I thought these were very informative, they really gave me the boost I need to dig deeper the Always Eat After 7 pm

While being pregnant I am taking it slow and introducing the new methods daily. The best thing I’ve implemented thus far, are the snacks. I haven’t really been hungry enough for full meals so snacking has been how I get my nourishment.

We are well into the third trimester as with the last pregnancy we were diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I really wanted to make sure I was careful this time around.

This tip really put things in perspective for me:

“Late-night eating also curbs calorie intake the next day. In a four-week study, dieters added a snack to their daily regimen 90 minutes after dinner every night, and check this out: late-night eaters ate an average of 397 fewer calories per day.”

For me, midnight means time to feast plus a 4 am snack to tie me over. Always Eat After 7 pm has given me a new snacking space to explore.

I am super excited to share with you next week what new things I’ve implemented. I would love to hear about your weight loss journey while pregnant. Or any tips you might want to share with me from the book or any experience you have.
